A Six-Week Therapeutic Group for Mothers
Because you are so much more than a mom.
Motherhood is beautiful, rewarding, exhausting, overwhelming, and sometimes all of those things at once. Somewhere between caring for everyone else, managing schedules, and meeting the needs of your family, it's easy to lose touch with the woman you are outside of motherhood. More Than Mom is a welcoming, supportive six-week therapeutic group designed to help mothers reconnect with themselves, build meaningful friendships, and create space for their own emotional well-being.
☕ Bring your favorite coffee or snack and join us for a little moment of connection, just for us moms! We also have an amazing tea bar you're welcome to enjoy while you settle in, unwind, and connect with other women who understand this season of life.
