​Wholistic Wellness is a fast-growing mental health and wellness practice rooted in mind-body-spirit healing. We are currently seeking a Licensed Therapist to provide in-person, virtual, or hybrid therapy sessions. You’ll be supported by a collaborative team of clinicians, bodyworkers, and healers while building a caseload without the burden of marketing or billing.

We are hiring a part-time Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our thriving private practice. This position is ideal for a therapist seeking flexibility, consistent referrals, and a supportive team environment. You may choose to work in person, via telehealth, or a hybrid of both. No need to market, bill, or generate your own clients—we handle that for you.

Wholistic Wellness is a holistic group psychotherapy practice located in Frankfort, Illinois. Our approach blends traditional talk therapy with integrative methods like mindfulness, CBT, EMDR, somatic healing, energy work, and meditation. We focus on treating the whole person: mind, body, and spirit.

Founded by Dana Massat, LCPC and Shamanic Healer, our team includes therapists, bodyworkers, and energy healers who collaborate to bring transformational healing to the community. We support our clients—and each other—with authenticity, integrity, and purpose.

Pay:

  • Competitive pay based on licensure and experience
     

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, couples, or family counseling

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

  • Optional participation in community wellness events and marketing activities

  • Attend team meetings or supervision if applicable

Requirements:

  • Active Illinois license: LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD (Required)

  • Minimum 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred

  • Training in or openness to CBT, mindfulness, EMDR, or other holistic approaches

  • Ability to work independently and compassionately with diverse populations

  • Passion for integrative mental health and healing
