Healing Circle with Lea

Join Lea for a transformative Healing Circle dedicated to healing and rebalancing traumas. In this nurturing space, we will engage in powerful activities designed to facilitate emotional release and trauma affecting our physical bodies. Participants will use processing cards to recognize strong emotional holds, followed by a unique ribbon activity to symbolize the release of old burdens. We will journal to delve deeper into personal values and experiences, creating a foundation for healing. The session will also include the creation of flying wish papers, allowing us to set intentions for our futures. To conclude our gathering, we will engage in a spiritual cleanse, inviting renewal and clarity. Together, we will create a supportive community where healing can begin, empowering each participant on their journey toward wholeness.
