Join Tess and Kierstin for Energy Body 101, a restorative 2-hour workshop designed to help you understand, support, and reconnect with your energy body.
Just as our physical bodies benefit from movement, rest, and care, our energy bodies also need nurturing. In this beginner-friendly experience, we’ll explore how to cultivate energetic awareness, release tension, restore balance, and reconnect with ourselves.

Location: 20550 S LaGrange Rd #210, Frankfort IL. Come to the 2nd floor, use code 1151 for our main office door. We have two suites in the building so be sure to come to the 2nd floor. We are the 3-story brick building behind Dancing Marlin. BYOB! If you want to sip on something special, a glass or wine, a cocktail, a beer, or magical potion. Feel free to BYOB! We will have cups and bottle opener. Feel free to bring a snack!
