About the event
Join Janine and Kelsey for this special collab. Janine will guide participants through a transformational breathwork journey, focusing on connecting with our higher selves to create the life we desire. Throughout the journey, Kelsey will come around and offer reiki to those who wish to receive it. At the end of your breathwork journey, Kelsey will offer mini sound healing while Janine guides you through journal prompts to process emotions or thoughts that surfaced.
What to bring: a water bottle, sweater/hoodie, blanket
Yoga mats, additional blankets, tea, electrolytes, chocolate, paper and pen all provided.
