About the event
This 3 week summer therapeutic workshop series is designed to support children and adolescents in developing additional resilience and effective coping strategies when dealing with common triggering factors. Workshop sessions will provide a therapeutic and supportive environment where participants can explore emotions, learn practical tools, and build confidence to manage everyday challenges. All sessions are interactive and experiential, incorporating hands-on activities, creative arts, movement, journaling, and psychoeducation. Participants will engage in both individual and group based exercises that promote teamwork and strengthen interpersonal skills.
Each week focuses on a different theme:
Session 1: Understanding & Managing Anxiety
Session 2: Anger Management & Emotional Regulation
Session 3: Building Self- Esteem & Self Worth
