Host: Katie DeMent Licensed Psychotherapist, who's passion is in helping girls step into the best versions of themselves! My goal as a therapist is to create individualized coping skills to transcend anxiety, depression, and self-criticism. I help clients discover the patterns keeping them stuck and teach them how to change their mind set to start living a self-actualized life. As a holistic mental health clinician, I am passionate about collaborating with clients in an authentic and unique ways. I work with clients to move through mental health issues while understanding themselves and their world, while healing the mind, body, and spirit. I love creative problem-solving and believe in the strength and resilience of people to overcome obstacles and boundaries to expand and realize their full potential.
