Starting January 8th, join Jaye each Sunday at 4:00 pm.
This six week class has been designed to be more of a work-in than a work-out. A perfect way to start your new year with focus and center yourself for the weeks ahead. We will move, we will sweat, we will breathe, we will laugh. At the end of six weeks, you will be stronger in body, mind and spirit. All levels, bring a yoga mat.
Jaye has been teaching yoga for over 15 years and is a LMT with special training in Thai bodywork and energy healing.
