Movement to Heal the Soul: Yoga and Reiki

Join Kierstin Wnek as she takes you on an inner journey through the sacred practice of Yoga and infuses it with Reiki! This ceremony will begin with tea that has been infused with Reiki energy. Warm tea will be used to guide into a heart warming meditation—from there the energy work begins. After meditation, you will be led into a flow of Hatha Yoga to awaken and heat the body, followed by Yin Yoga to cool and increase mental and physical flexibility. All of this followed by mini Reiki session in savasana!!
