Join us for a heart-centered Mantra & Meditation for Inner and World Peace, where we’ll come together to raise our vibration, ground our energy, and plant seeds of peace—within ourselves and collectively.
Through gentle mantra, guided meditation, and intentional presence, we’ll explore how using our voice (aloud or internally) can help transmute heavy or chaotic energy into something more grounded, hopeful, and aligned.

WHAT TO BRING: Wear comfy clothes and a blanket to get cozy. We will have yoga mats laid out for you when you arrive with extra props and blankets for your comfort. Location: 20550 S LaGrange Rd STE 210 Frankfort IL 60423 Be sure to come to the 2nd floor, we have two suites in the building. Come to STE 210. The code for the main office door is 1151
