Experience a Soulful Morning of Breathwork, Reiki & Sound Healing
Join Janine and Kelsey for a unique and powerful collaboration designed to help you reconnect with your higher self and align with your true desires.
Janine will lead a deeply transformational breathwork journey, guiding you inward to release what no longer serves and make space for clarity and intention. As you breathe and shift energy, Kelsey will move through the space offering gentle Reiki to those open to receiving this heart-centered healing.
After the breathwork, allow yourself to integrate with a soothing mini sound healing session led by Kelsey, while Janine offers reflective journal prompts to help you process any emotions or insights that arise.
